INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken Kaleji (Chicken liver) 250 gm
- Salt 1 tsp (to taste)
- Yogurt (Whisked) 250 gm
- Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Soya Sauce 1 tsp
- Green chillies 2
RECIPE:
- Marinate Kaleji with yogurt, crushed red chilli, garam masala, salt, soya sauce and ginger garlic and leave it for half hour.
- Heat oil and fry kaleji until oil separates
- Garnish with green chillies
