Aloo ki tarkari


INGREDIENTS:


  • Potatoes            3 medium  (cut in cubes)
  • Tomatoes          2 medium   (chopped)
  • Onions              1 medium    (chopped)
  • Crushed red chilli      1 tbsp
  • Salt                            to taste
  • Oil                           3 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds              1/2 tbsp
  • Green chillies            2
  • Coriander leaves       

RECIPE:


  • In a pot, add oil and onions, fry onions until light golden.
  • Add cumin seeds, Potatoes, tomatoes, crushed red chilli and salt.
  • Mix well, add 1/2 cup water, cook on medium flame until potatoes are tender.
  • Garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves.
