INGREDIENTS:
- Potatoes 3 medium (cut in cubes)
- Tomatoes 2 medium (chopped)
- Onions 1 medium (chopped)
- Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
- Green chillies 2
- Coriander leaves
RECIPE:
- In a pot, add oil and onions, fry onions until light golden.
- Add cumin seeds, Potatoes, tomatoes, crushed red chilli and salt.
- Mix well, add 1/2 cup water, cook on medium flame until potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves.
