INGREDIENTS:
- Potatoes 2 cut in cubes
- Peas 1 cup
- Carrots 2
- Capsicum 2 medium
- Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Onions 1 medium
- Ginger 1 inch piece (grated)
- Oil 1 cup
RECIPE:
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry until light golden.
- Add ginger, peas, carrots, potatoes and capsicum.
- Add crushed red chilli and salt.
- Cook until potatoes are tender.
- Matar aloo gajar (Peas, aloo and carrots) is ready!
